Role Summary:
In the capacity of a Client Solutions Manager, you will serve as the main contact for our clientele, ensuring the effective delivery and integration of AI-enhanced solutions. You will facilitate communication between our technical teams and clients, offering expertise, strategic advice, and support. This position necessitates a blend of technical knowledge, client relationship management, and a proactive stance towards business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical intermediary between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and solution delivery.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, propose AI-enhanced solutions, and guide them through the implementation journey.
- Design and implement customized AI models, emphasizing data analysis, manipulation, and machine learning.
- Contribute to the design and conceptualization of solutions, adhering to best practices in coding, deployment, and model transparency.
- Participate in business development initiatives, identifying new prospects and aiding in proposals and bids.
- Engage with clients on-site, nurturing strong relationships and addressing their technical requirements.
- Work on diverse projects across various sectors, including defense, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Assist in internal research and development, fostering innovative capabilities for our clients.
Technical Expertise & Experience:
Essential:
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical capacity.
- Proficient in Python with a solid background in data science, machine learning, and AI frameworks.
- Expertise in deep learning and the development of custom AI models.
- Strong grasp of statistics, probability, and data manipulation techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems and best coding practices.
- Experience in solution design and conceptualization.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles and project execution.
Preferred:
- Broader experience in software development.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Previous experience with reinforcement learning and deploying models in production settings.
- Understanding of model transparency, interpretability, and managing multi-modal datasets.
