Provide specialised respiratory nursing care to patients on the wards. Conduct thorough respiratory assessments in clinics and patients' homes. Participate actively in ward board rounds and MDT's to discuss patient care plans. Run nurse-led clinics focusing on respiratory health and management. Visit patients on the ward to monitor and support their respiratory health. Perform assessments relevant to respiratory medicine, ensuring high-quality care Educate respiratory patients about their conditions, treatments, and self-care. Provide training and guidance to ward and community healthcare professionals on respiratory care best practices. Support patients' families and carers with information and skills to assist in home care.Working Pattern: 30 hours per week,Monday - Friday
