- Build strong relationships with partner agencies to provide effective coordination of care for children, young people, and families.
- Prioritize your workload, balancing numerous demands to meet deadlines and ensure clinical effectiveness.
- Work closely with all agencies to promote inclusion and ensure children and young people with complex health and special needs maximize their potential.
- Support training for care staff and participate in the planning, implementing, and evaluation of programs of care for individual young people.
- Be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the caseload.
