Main duties of the job

We have close links with colleagues working in our local community hospitals with some colleagues working across the two areas providing inpatient care to community hospital patients as well as working at DCH. Our services are working with our nursing and allied health professional colleagues with the eventual aim of becoming Dorset County Hospital's Centre of Excellence for the Care of Older People.
