What will you do?


As an Account Coordinator, we rely on you to ensure the smooth running of client accounts within the Agency- you can make huge differences to the work we create and are the lynchpin of the Account and Project Management teams and your client teams.

You get involved with solving problems, attending and scheduling meetings, drafting internal and external communications and documenting progress on Agency projects. You will play a key role in a top performing team sharing responsibility for developing Global campaign toolkits for 8 leading consumer health brands.

Responsible for co-ordinating with the London and global teams across the various offices on a regular basis, you'll ensure that regular meetings are taking place, being aware of local market timings and supporting them to run their projects as required. You'll build strong relationships with wider internal teams as well, including Business Affairs, Production, Creative, and Strategy, learning how to help get courageous work through the building.

About you

Ideally you'll have experience of working in a global advertising environment previously, in an account or project support role. This isn't essential though, and we'd also consider people with super strong administration and coordination experience who can demonstrate a passion for advertising and creativity.

You'll be experienced in building strong relationships both in the office you work in but also with counterparts in global offices, have scheduled meetings, raised POs and supported teams with general admin/coordination. This role would suit someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and muck in, but who is also keen to build a career in account management or project management.

With a head for numbers and organisation, and a heart for creativity, you'll be passionate about supporting your team to create and deliver outstanding, risk-taking, creative work.

Pay

This role will pay circa 30k depending on experience.
