**ROLE SUMMARY**
Webcast provides in-house video streaming for internal and external events. This ranges from large events, town halls and external client events.
The global webcast coordinator will maintain webcast schedules, handle a variety of other tasks that ensure webcasts run smoothly. You will report to the webcast production lead. Well-organized, self-starter & skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Webcast and Event management experience required.
The Global Webcast Coordinator role falls into the following key areas:

- Administration and delivery of services to a set of clear expectations and service levels
- Assist the Global webcast team with logging enquiries and client contact.
- Support the Global Webcast team to co-ordinate webcast resources including personnel and additional resources

The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors of the Bank to deliver the services listed above.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Schedule webcast bookings and manage assignments.
- Join event briefing calls to discuss and confirm webcasting requirements.
- Capture feedback from end-users and global team on areas for service delivery improvement
- Management and update of global webcast service first tickets
- Engage with users on adoption of new self-service tools available to end users
- Maintain all team correspondence and manage global mailbox
- Maintain monthly webcast metrics.
- Assist the producers with production process, event management and client contact as required/requested.
- Ensure that end-users have clear expectations of the service to be provided, including: - Deliverables; Timescales; Costs
- Clearly communicate with customers, vendors, and the global webcast teams regarding webcast/services to be delivered
- Report all service shortcomings affecting Media Services to the appropriate manager.
- Attend weekly meetings to review workload and resources with global webcast team
- QC events when required to maintain consistency and high standards
