The Pharmacy Department at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Eastern site, is looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to be part of our Homecare Medicines Admin Team. 

You should be flexible, adaptable and able to use your own initiative. It is essential that you are highly motivated and organised. A methodical approach and attention to detail are key to this role. Excellent communication skills are necessary to deal with a variety of healthcare professionals, external Homecare Service providers and Patient calls.

Homecare administrative experience including prescription and invoice management would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills are required - in particular Word, Excel, Unit 4 and Epic . You will work closely with the Lead Technician for Homecare Medicines and the Specialist High Cost Drugs Pharmacist.

Working Pattern: hours per week.

Interview Date:  Monday th September 4

Pay:  The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 3-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 3/ | NHS Employers).
