Job summary

The Pharmacy department is looking for an enthusiastic individual to be a senior member of our administration team.

The Administration team provides business support, administration leadership and general office management to deliver a high quality, comprehensive administration service to the pharmacy department.

Job responsibilities

 As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.

You will have a good standard of education, previous experience managing the FP prescriptions process will be an advantage. You will help manage a busy workload providing administration services to the Chief Pharmacist, Pharmacy Senior Team and the section managers in pharmacy. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with staff of all levels throughout the organisation.

Working Pattern: hours per week.

Interview Date: Wednesday th September 4.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 4-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 4. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 4 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 3-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 3/ | NHS Employers).
