Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Oversee HealthRoster administration, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate FP10 prescription pad management, requisitioning, and purchasing stationery and specials orders via the Unit4 system.
- Administer the PGD database, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update the intranet department section, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Provide business support and administration leadership to the pharmacy department, including general office management and coordination of administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
