Essential criteria
At least 2 years’ experience of working in emergency and/or, minor injury and/or ailment care Recent previous experience of working within a customer focused environment Previous experience of working with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to undertake physical examination in order to diagnose previously undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
Finance & Resources
Essential criteria
Establish and Maintain stock levels, order appropriate stock levels & report any defects to manager as per Trust policies and procedures
Information Technology
Essential criteria
IT literacy in order to be able enter patient-related data into identified electronic record systems; and take part in the audit process
Knowledge, skills and training
Essential criteria
Registered Nurse/ Emergency Care Practitioner/ AHP qualification in Specialist field to degree/diploma level Teaching skills Demonstrate knowledge of Safeguarding vulnerable adults and children
Desirable criteria
Supplemented by diploma level specialist training and/or short courses, or equivalent level of experience
Personal qualities/attributes
Essential criteria
Demonstrated ability to analyse situations and to provide a resolution Ability to work under pressure in a physical and psychologically demanding role Experience in auditing and provision evidence based care within the field.
