About You

  • You’re passionate about building and maintaining client relationships that last 
  • You have proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the electrical or construction industry. 
  • Self-motivated, hungry for success, and driven by ambition – the three phrases people would use to describe you.  
  • Willing to travel within the UK and attend trade shows and networking events.

The Role 

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving company growth, expanding the client base, and forging strong relationships within the industry.  

You'll be the architect of marketing strategies, ensuring they align with business goals and push towards success.  

This isn't your average 8-to-5 job – it's a chance to unleash your creativity, embrace autonomy, and tackle exciting challenges head-on. 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with  objectives. 
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries. 
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships based on trust and integrity. 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop proposals and solutions that meet client needs. 
  • Lead negotiations and presentations to showcase the companies services and capabilities. 
  • Manage and prioritise a pipeline of opportunities, providing regular updates to senior management. 

 

The Package:  

£25- £30k + Bonus
