Your manager, Ata (Senior eCRM Manager), has been with Simply Business for over 10 years, he will work to encourage your personal leadership and independence to help you progress your career with us. In fact, we've had several people in the team that have progressed to higher roles.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract due to parental leave.
- take a customer first approach in enabling automated data driven decision making
- you’ll own and deliver CRM programmes to acquire and retain customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle using Blueconic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and Journey Builder
- lead, implement and improve lifecycle marketing campaigns, driving engagement, additional quotes and improved conversion
- contribute to a ‘test and learn’ approach to maximise results

**We’re looking for someone who is**:

- able to demonstrate experimentation through A/B testing - one-time sends and automated campaigns
- skilled in independently managing big strategic projects from start to finish
- understanding of online and digital tech - and has a passion for digital marketing
