Job Purpose

· Be responsible for achieving sales revenue and passenger targets for the assigned sales territories.· Work towards the delivery and execution of B2B Strategies that will support the yearly marketing plan and be the primary contact for any B2B escalations and resolutions.· Regular agent and account visits to leverage the Emirates Holidays product and brand USPs, new destinations & latest offers, and gain valuable feedback to share with internal stakeholders.· Monthly account updates with each Commercial Consortia/Retail Manager to review and share performance, as well as address concerns whilst also exploring new opportunities for continuous growth· Liaise with Finance regularly to ensure that agency financial statements, including invoices and overrides SOAs are promptly issued and payment conditions are strictly adhered to.· Regularly review B2B processes, including relevant risk assessments where new accounts are being on-boarded to ensure that they are within the company’s prescribed guidelines.Review yearly commercial contracts to ensure that all ABTA, ATOL requirements are fully updated and complied with.· Help organise and deliver regular Trade workshops/Training & Webinar sessions. This will also entail representing Emirates Holidays and hosting clients/business partners at Emirates Hospitality events in a professional manner.· Promote and maximise the usage of the Emirates Holidays Agent portal and work with the business efficiency teams on enhancement requirements and trade feedback.· Work very closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the B2B objectives are achieved within the given financial year.

Qualifications & Experience

- Must have knowledge on the workings of ABTA code of conduct and Package Travel Regulations- High level of numerical skills and competent in analyzing and presenting numerical data & KPIs.- Knowledge of working on B2B marketing plans and preparing budgets to support objectives and deliver on targeted KPIs- A thorough understanding of B2B sales channels within a tour operating environment.- Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently communicate to an audience- An individual with high influencing negotiation skills and a strong commitment to achieve- Advance skills in MS Office & MS Teams, with excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.- Knowledge of CRS/GDS system is an advantage.- Ability to plan, organize and multi task to deliver to stretching deadlines.- An effective problem solver with strong decision making skills.InformationApplicants must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
