As a Business Support Administrator, you will handle and oversee a variety of reception and administrative tasks within a professional services setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone, taking messages, and directing calls and inquiries for all offices
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new projects
  • Providing administrative support to project teams, including formatting, typing, and collating documents
  • Supporting the Management System Team with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with facilities management
  • Helping the CPD team with training administration
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Monitoring inboxes
  • Managing and processing documents, including filing both digital and physical records
  • Archiving company documents

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skill level in the use of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • Excellent skill level in the use of Adobe Pro
  • Excellent organisational / time management skills
  • Commitment to continual improvement at a personal and company level
