Job Description

Premier Community is seeking a competent and passionate Care Co-Ordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Community Care Delivery. 
As an award-winning family business with over 26 years of experience, we provide various Home Care services, delivering over 7500 hours of care per week. The position will be based in our Mansfield, Nottinghamshire head office, but you will be required to observe staff and meet service users in the community in our Nottinghamshire area. We are looking for a skilled manager who is passionate about supporting people, has a person-centred approach to guiding staff, and can think strategically to provide the best rota.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and completing weekly rotas for all employees, working closely with the Registered Manager to meet all service users' requests, and ensuring business needs are met consistently. You will also manage a team of staff in line with company policies and support new team members to integrate into the team culture. Flexibility is required as there are aspects of working from home in this role, but you will also be required to work from the office on set days and additional days as requested by your manager.
