We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical leadership role that will ensure the successful delivery of our software projects, including Apex AI and Apex Inspect, from inception to deployment.

 

Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership:

    • Manage the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Coordinate across teams, including development, design, testing, and client-facing departments, to align project goals with business objectives.

 

Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management.

 

Team Collaboration:

    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals whilst working with the team on their own development.
    • Identify and resolve resource gaps, balancing workloads across team members.

 

Process Improvement:

    • Continuously refine and optimise delivery processes, adopting Agile methodologies to improve efficiency and flexibility.
    • Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

 

Risk and Quality Management:

·         Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

·         Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are followed for all deliverables.



Requirements

 

Requirements

Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Software Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role in the tech industry.
    • Experience managing software projects in an Agile or hybrid environment.

 

Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding and expertise in AWS, React and Java
    • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
    • Strong understanding of full software development life cycle
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Zoho Experience (Desirable):

    • Knowledge of Zoho applications and their integration is an advantage.
    • Experience delivering projects involving Zoho solutions would be a significant benefit.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving: Should be able to identify issues that arise during the deployment process and be proactive in identifying solutions to overcome them.
  • Leadership: Will be able to provide direction and guidance to team members ensuring that everyone is working towards delivering a successful site deployment.
  • Organisational: Managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously ensuring the deployment process runs smoothly.
  • Attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:

    • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is desirable.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Zoho certifications) are a plus.
