You will be part of the Delivery Team at TPXimpact, reporting to the Heads of Delivery Management. 

At the highest level, Delivery is TPXimpact’s product. The Senior Delivery Manager role is critical to TPXimpact’s Delivery Team as it forms a key part of our skills and development pathway to ensure we build and retain a strong delivery capability. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be trusted to lead on TPXimpact’s most complex projects and programmes of work. You will lead and be responsible throughout the entire digital product life cycle, supporting our teams to deliver great work. More detail is provided in the ‘Responsibilities’ section below.

This role description is not inflexible but is an outline of the main duties and capabilities. The role holder should, however, carry out any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role, as the needs of the company require.

Responsibilities

Be accountable for the successful delivery of your team, managing client expectations whilst working closely with Partners to ensure the commercial success of our projects.  Support and maintain multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well. Represent and champion TPXimpact’s delivery principles internally and externally through public speaking, writing, and contribution to Delivery communities external to TPXimpact. Provide agile coaching where necessary to assist clients in applying the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques. Support Product coaching, user centred design and technical delivery as required to assist clients in applying the most appropriate tools and techniques. Support the professional development and continuous improvement of delivery managers through line management. Be a skilled communicator who is able to confidently communicate the value of the role to digital and non-digital stakeholders. Consistently implement TPXimpact’s defined delivery approach to a very high standard. Proactively identify obstacles to help the delivery team to overcome them and promote continuous improvement. Ensure delivery team activities, focus, and priorities are aligned to our agreed strategic outcomes e.g. alignment with SOW’s, V2MOM, CoP best practice. Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of TPXimpact client projects. Attend regular project check-in to provide updates on projects you’re leading and supporting. Work effectively across multiple client projects and clients. Work closely with the Client Services teams keeping them appraised of project performance highlighting any potential issues. Work with marketing & delivery teams to ensure each project gets written up as a case study and occasionally shared more broadly within and outside of TPXimpact. Assist and support the Delivery leadership team and Principal Delivery Managers, as required. Work closely with Partners and Senior Partners to support defining project and account strategies and then esure those inform the delivery of projects by teams.  Contribute to the Delivery Community of Practice by bringing new approaches, insights, and tools to the wider Delivery team.
