Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for providing expert-level support, guidance, and solutions related to the ServiceNow platform. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, administration, and integration. The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related matters, providing expert advice and solutions.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.

Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate their integration with existing systems.

Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform customizations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Conduct regular platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization.

Provide training and mentoring to team members and end-users on ServiceNow best practices and functionalities.

Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and industry trends to ensure the platform remains current and effective.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and SOPs.
