Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Network Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support, guidance, and solutions related to the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on network management and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related matters, providing expert advice and solutions, particularly concerning network infrastructure and services.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules tailored to network management workflows.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate their seamless integration with existing network systems and tools.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform customizations specific to network automation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications for network-centric ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct regular platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization, ensuring the ServiceNow environment supports efficient network operations.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members and end-users on best practices and functionalities related to ServiceNow for network management.
  • Stay abreast of ServiceNow releases and industry trends to ensure the platform remains current and effective in addressing evolving network challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on network-related incidents and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network-specific ServiceNow implementations.
