As a Residential Childcare Worker you will join an organisation where the focus is on achieving the best outcomes for the children and families who we work with. As a Residential Childcare Worker you do not necessarily need specific qualifications, although these are desirable. We will train and support you in this role.

Ideally hold a Level Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or be working towards this qualification, or we will support you in this when in post. Receive high quality supervision, with your own personal development plan to support your career and learning aspirations. Have the opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based upon a manageable workload within the team. A working environment where you be supported in adopting an evidence-based approach to practice.
