Work With Vista are seeking Support Workers to be part of a team at a new Children's Home opening to support young people in a therapeutic setting.

- Ideally 2 year's experience supporting young people in a children’s residential setting with mental health experience.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence preferred

You must be:

- Serious about a career in supporting Children and Young People.
- Wanted to develop your skills further.
- Able to work shifts and be flexible
- Enthusiastic & highly motivated
- An energetic team worker, able to handle difficult situations with humour and tact.
- Resilient
- Able to make decisions and support others
- Be prepared to work shifts early, late and night shifts including sleep ins.
- Creative & be able to use your own initiative.
- Poses excellent written, IT & communication skills
- Committed to personal development / reflective practice.
- Salary: £10.90 + ph negotiable depending on experience
- Plus, an additional sleeping in allowance

- Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- DBS on the update service (preferred)
