Job Summary:

As a Digital Creative Pursuit Writer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. You will work closely with teams, digital and engineering, from across our regional and global organisation as well as partners to gather information, develop content, and ensure that all material are tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent writing skills and a deep understanding and inquisitive mind of digital technologies, innovation and communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Development: Create high-quality, persuasive proposals that clearly articulate our services, solutions and value proposition.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for pursuits and proposals including executive summaries, case studies, and technical sections
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather information and ensure that all documents are accurate and comprehensive
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and incorporate this information into proposals
  • Review and Editing: Review and edit documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency, and to eliminate any errors or inconsistencies
  • Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as part of the process, highlighting key aspects of our proposals and addressing any questions or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in bid writing, preferably within the digital or technology sector
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and bid management tools
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
