Role Overview:

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in the German market, with a focus on rebuilding relationships with lost accounts and securing new business. Working alongside the sales team, the successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and sell premium orthodontic products. This role requires persistence, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a technical product range.

About the role:

  1. Customer Outreach & Relationship Building:
  • Make 6-8 calls daily to existing and potential customers to re-establish relationships.
  • Actively open doors and build connections with gatekeepers and decision-makers in B2B environments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Account Management & Sales Administration:
  • Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track leads, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Handle administrative duties, such as following up on unpaid invoices and handling customer complaints, passing them to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions for each account.
Training & Product Knowledge Development:
  • Engage in continuous online product training, learning about orthodontic appliances.
  • Attend sales and negotiation coaching sessions with senior team members, including Nida, the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in induction and cross-departmental training to gain a holistic understanding of the company's operations and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Sales & Customer Service:
    Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in medical, orthodontic, or similarly technical industries. Familiarity with selling high-end products based on quality rather than price.
  • Personable & Strategic:
    A people person who can ask open questions and strategically navigate sales conversations to meet customer needs. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and find solutions for diverse client profiles.
  • Language Skills:
    Fluent in both English and German, capable of handling day-to-day communication and negotiations with German-speaking clients.
  • Tenacious & Results-Oriented:
    A grafter with the determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Comfortable making multiple calls daily, being persistent in follow-ups, and focused on exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability & Willingness to Learn:
    The ability to understand complex technical products and be open to ongoing training and development.
