REPORTS TO: Team Lead, Retail Operations 

LOCATION: Leeds, UK 

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add an OM Co-Ordinator to our global team.

OVERVIEW: 

As an Operations Management (OM) Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of sales orders to meet SharkNinja clients’ expectations, provide customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders as well as perform general administrative tasks. You will be interfacing with freight providers, 3PL providers, and various clients.

The successful candidate will maximise customer service levels, while driving reduction in lead-times and operating costs. 

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES): 

The OM Co-Ordinator will oversee the successful fulfilment of sales orders from various customers (mostly French customers), ensuring deliveries from suppliers are correctly received and ensuring inventory at all 3PL logistics providers are maintained in sync with SharkNinja’s own records. The successful candidate will need to work very closely with the Supply Chain and Accounts and Sales teams, as well as with 3PL providers and customers. 

Duties include: 

Processing Purchase OrdersRecording and Tracking and Reporting on order statusPricing validation Validate inventory availability and allocationSecuring delivery date and time via client central bookingFollow the order fulfillment process until successful completionMonitoring and resolving any system discrepancyOwning the client requirements from an operational perspectiveCoordinate and monitor supply chain operationsOverseeing successful processing of purchase and sales ordersCommunicate with suppliers, retailers, customersPlan and track shipments according to customer requirementsKeep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed ordersPrepare accurate reports for management Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to anotherTake steps to avoid delays or quality issuesDrive continuous improvement

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS): 

Previous Logistics experience is preferable, however a good attention to details and being a ‘team player’ are equally important.
