About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic EMEA Security Technology Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a Permanent basis. 

The CSI Team develops and implements security and life safety strategies for all firm employees and facilities. The team is responsible for physical security & security technology, Access Control, due diligence, internal & external fraud investigations, travel security and pre-employment screening.

  • Monday - Friday
  • 42.5 hours per week
  • 09:00-17:00
  • £51,235.71 per annum

Job Opportunity
  • Liaison and coordination between Security Management, project managers, vendors, security control centres and business units across the region.
  • Update security drawings, Operating and Maintenance manuals (O&Ms) and other system records including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), programming sheets, commissioning sheets, and sign-off sheets in conjunction with the Physical Security Technology management team and security integrator.
  • Review the security designs of existing and new branch offices.
  • Project manage installations in partnership with electronic security vendor: arrange access, attend security equipment testing and commissioning and carry out periodic quality inspections of security equipment installation work.
  • Run reports to provide clear and accurate security system metrics to EMEA Security Management and other BUs for audit, compliance and risk management purposes.
  • Supervise access control and video management system usage, correct user behaviour as appropriate and deliver system training to ensure Security Control Centre, Card Administration, site security and campus security engineers are competent in each aspect of their proscribed duties.
  • Deputise for EMEA Security Technology Manager when required. Identify security issues and assist wider CSI management to implement risk-reduction solutions.
  • Manage access control and video management system faults in collaboration with the Security Control Centre, security integrator or other contractor as required. Follow up with the security integrator regarding incomplete or unsatisfactory repairs.
  • Ensure security system hardware and infrastructure connectivity including device registration, correct cabling and IP requests are in place in advance of projects.
  • Manage the EMEA basic and restricted access clearance management procedure, create business rules and escalate violations to EMEA Security Management.

Essential Skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 5 year check able history
  • 5 + years access control system experience, particularly with C-Cure 9000
  • Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances
  • Identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks
  • Organizational, time management and relationship building skills
  • Possesses the ability to work independently and self-initiate projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
