Starting Salary £22,096 per annum

Minimum Criteria

Our minimum criterium is that you will have a GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.

We have a super exciting opportunity for someone who shares our values and ethics to train, learn and gain professionally recognised qualifications whilst working in the role of Pathway to Finance Officer.

This is a 3-year pathway, please see the attached pathway plan for an overview of what to expect. Our minimum criterium is that you will have GCSE Maths and English grade C or above. You will need to develop skills to have a methodical approach and analytical thinking. You will be organised, enjoy problem solving and have strong attention to detail. We will support you to develop these areas of skills, however it is essential you share our values and our ethics.

When you qualify as a Finance Officer the key parts of your role will be responsibility for ensuring accuracy in data to provide budget holders with required information, managing insurance policies, ensuring entries are entered and reconciled and other finance tasks.

This really is a great opportunity to get an overall understanding of a good-sized finance department with lots of different roles, in turn supporting you to develop a career in Finance.
