Operations Analyst

We will rely on you to:

Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management. Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in operational data, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies and procedures to optimize business operations. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations and best practices. Assist in the preparation of operational budgets, forecasts and financial analyses. Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology and automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in operational analysis whilst recommending innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

What you need to have: 

Proven experience as an Operational Analyst or in a similar role within a large corporate environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma), and project management principles. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational processes. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
