Requirements
- Circa3 years PQE.
- The STEP or SFEqualification would be preferred but is notessential.
- Demonstrate anunderstanding of the preparation of Wills (including Willsincorporating measures aimed at asset protection and mitigation oftax).
- Fundamental principles ofinheritance capital gains and income tax and their application inan estate planningcontext.
- Knowledge relating to theformation administration and taxation of trusts; administration ofestates; deeds ofvariation.
- Preparation andregistration of Lasting Powers of Attorney; providing specialistadvice for elderly clients.
- Abilityand willingness to learn and manage workload in an efficient andorganised manner and meet clients demandingrequirements.
- Able to communicatevery well in writing using correct grammar and plainEnglish.
- Enthusiastic willing andstrong team player have an excellent balance between technicalability and commercialawareness.
- Possess strongorganisational and interpersonal skills and be ITproficient.
