We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on wills, estates, and tax planning to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and expanding firm, where you will have the chance to gain skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be involved in the preparation of wills, administration of estates, lifetime and post-death tax planning, and other related tasks.

You will also be required to participate in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.

Requirements
  • Circa 3 years PQE.
  • STEP or SFE qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of wills, including those incorporating asset protection and tax mitigation measures.
  • Fundamental principles of inheritance, capital gains, and income tax in an estate planning context.
  • Knowledge of trusts, estate administration, and taxation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficiency and ability to learn and manage workload efficiently.
