About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on wills, trusts, and estate administration to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Will Preparation and Estate Administration: Prepare and execute wills, including those incorporating measures aimed at asset protection and tax mitigation.
  • Trust and Estate Planning: Provide expert advice on the formation, administration, and taxation of trusts, as well as the administration of estates and deeds of variation.
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection: Prepare and register lasting powers of attorney and provide specialist advice on court of protection orders.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Participate in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Circa 3 years PQE, with a preferred qualification in STEP or SFE.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrable understanding of will preparation, inheritance, capital gains, and income tax, as well as knowledge of trusts, estate administration, and deeds of variation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to learn and manage workload efficiently, and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
