Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on wills, estates, and tax planning to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and expanding firm, where you will have the chance to gain skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing wills and estate plans for clients
  • Administering estates for business and private clients
  • Providing tax planning advice to clients
  • Preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
  • Providing specialist advice for elderly clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Circa 3 years PQE
  • STEP or SFE qualification preferred but not essential
  • Excellent understanding of wills, estates, and tax planning
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn and manage workload
