Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on wills, estates, and tax planning to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and expanding firm, where you will have the chance to gain skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be involved in the preparation of wills, administration of estates, lifetime and post-death tax planning, and other related tasks.
You will also be required to participate in the firm's marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and build your professional network.
Requirements- Circa 3 years PQE
- STEP or SFE qualification preferred but not essential
- Excellent understanding of wills, including those incorporating measures aimed at asset protection and tax mitigation
- Fundamental principles of inheritance, capital gains, and income tax and their application in an estate planning context
- Knowledge of trusts, estate administration, and taxation
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- IT proficiency and ability to learn and manage workload efficiently
