Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges ShoppingCentre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal location to be based from.
This is a full time ( hours per week) and part time ( hours per week) community nursing team works across 7 days per week
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
Main duties of the job
This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1stlevel registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that youshould have strongcommunication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.

As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse youll be part of our valued Swanley and Rural PCN Teambased inGravesend, North Kent.
