We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Community Senior Carer in our Complex Care Division.

As a Senior Complex Carer, your role would involve working night shifts in our South Kent division, in the locations of Deal, Folkestone, Ashford and New Romney.

You will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a permanent contract as well as the option of overtime.

We are ideally looking for carers who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered.

How we’ll support you: 

We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us as well as paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. Additional training is also provided to meet client-specific needs.

If you are eager to build a rapport with one or a small number of clients and are keen to broaden your skills, we hope to hear from you

We support Senior Carers who want to grow their skills and progress within the company.

When you join us, you’ll receive:

  • £15.97 – £19.17  per hour
  • £31.94 per hour for bank holiday work.
  • Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from your home.
  • Permanent contract.

Requirements:

  • Previous 1 year of clinical care experience, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy, and ventilation experience.
