The successful applicant will work under the direction and supervision from the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner Team Leader. You will positively contribute to the safe care of the people we support across the Charity. Undertaking behavioural assessment and behavioural interventions under the supervision and guidance of senior clinical colleagues.Undertaking functional assessment and analysis of challenging behaviours and use of findings to inform positive behaviour support plans and risk assessment.Implementing and monitoring the implementation of positive behaviour support plans Producing written reports and summaries of work as required.Contributing to MDT meetings and carrying out observations in situ as required.Delivery of training as required. The successful applicant will desirably hold a degree level qualification in Psychology (or equivalent). They will have experience of working in the field of learning disabilities - within residential or education settings. They will have a positive can-do attitude and be able to build constructive working relationships with colleagues across David Lewis services.
