- **To develop partnerships and attend relevant meetings which support key objectives.**:

- ** Lead on community events and projects which are aligned to the locality working model.**:

- ** Support with the development of the service to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the customer and business.**:

- ** Lead on anti-social behaviour and community conflict management within your designated area and ensure that tenancy sustainability is at the heart of all you do.**:

- **To take a leading role, providing expert services to the team on tenancy and estate management cases**
