About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Advisor to join our growing Reward & Wellbeing Team. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering, developing, and analysing our reward strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop our compensation offering and processes
  • Contribute to the design and development of new and existing benefits
  • Provide analytical support to inform our Reward strategy
About Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of supporting the delivery of reward and benefit related projects and initiatives. Previous experience in Reward is essential, with an understanding of annual compensation (pay and bonus) cycles.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to work with complex data and solve new and complex problems. Experience working with SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
