What you’ll be doing

Raising sales invoices and credit notes in line with purchase orders and authority limits Coding and processing purchase ledger invoices and obtaining approvals in line with authority limits Reviewing project detail reports and matching project costs to revenue Assisting the Finance Manager with the month end close Providing holiday cover to other Accounts assistants Performing accounting and administration duties related to the processing of accounts Dealing with internal and external finance queries

Who we are looking for

You will have some experience working within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable You will have an excellent attention to detail You’ll have good literacy & numeracy skills Good competency in using MS Office (particularly Excel) You will have the ability to communicate well and develop successful relationships with key stakeholders
