**Job description**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Sage Support Desk as a Trainee Support Assistant.

We are a rapidly expanding IT and Business Software Solutions company, based in Tintern, founded 25 years ago. We have clients across the country and we're experts in what we do.

Full training will be provided including certification from Sage UK to become a fully qualified Sage Support Technician.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Logging new queries and liaising with team members across departments
- Ensuring clients are regularly updated on the progress of queries raised
- Maintaining and updating internal systems
- Delivering high quality customer service

**About you**:
This role would best suit someone looking to start (or maybe at their early stages of) a career in finance, software or IT support.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once
- The ability to use own initiative and manage time effectively
- The drive to see a task through to the end
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good problem-solving skills

Any experience of Sage would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is varied and there will be the chance to develop your skills and progress in the role. You can think of this as the first step on your AlphaLogix career ladder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,795.20-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
