Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Autograph Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and CIS statements via Sage
- Raise sales invoices and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Prepare tax returns and submit VAT
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support senior management team with administration duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and reports
- Prepare month-end reports
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or equally qualified by experience within a similar role
- Familiar with using Sage software
- Knowledge of CIS
- Planning and organisational abilities, able to prioritise workload accordingly and work to deadlines timely
- Ability to implement and improve processes
- Proficient across Microsoft platforms, Excel in particular
- A key team player who can engage and develop strong relationships
