Base Location: London/Bristol plus network of 20 offices nationally:

We are looking for a manager who possesses high quality consulting skills and a record of delivering outstanding results when leading complex consulting projects focused on delivering technology-enabled change activities on National Security engagements and to support KPMG’s growth in this market. Due to the nature of the work, it is essential for applicants to hold current 'National Security Vetting’ aligned to a National Security organisation.

 

What will you be doing?

Manage projects, or workstreams within a larger programme, consulting with Partners and Directors where appropriate. Plan and shape the delivery of engagements, including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocations. Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis. Leverage your overarching expertise and network to generate new client opportunities. Drive the development of propositions and assets, bringing a National Security perspective to them.

 

What will you need to do it?

Experience leading engagements addressing complex technological issues, with demonstrable results. Experience across one or more of the disciplines of business analysis, systems thinking, solution architecture, technical architecture, data architecture and data science. Experience bringing a technology perspective to a broad range of client issues, demonstrating how technology can be used to address problems and realise opportunities. Proven ability to manage the development and delivery of IT operating models that enable clients to get the most from their technology organisation. A proven record of providing credible consultancy and advice to clients on how to operate technology in the most effective manner.

 

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

Proven track-record leading and managing teams, including the ability to structure complex projects. Clear record of achievement and progression in a leading consulting firm or in a comparable environment within industry. Consulting experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy, or mid-tier firm.

This position will largely be based from “London/Bristol”.
