About the Role


We are seeking an experienced National Security Project Manager to join our UK Cyber & Intelligence business, working on high-profile projects that contribute to national security.


Job Summary


This role will involve managing project delivery teams, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring successful outcomes in line with Agile methodologies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deployed to work alongside NG's delivery teams in an agile manner, acting as the key interface between the delivery teams and the customer's business.
  • Responsible for building a mature understanding of the customer's organisation, capturing, managing, and facilitating sign-off of business requirements.
  • Support the incremental delivery of defined capabilities in accordance with the Agile methodology, using SAFe.
  • Work with the customer business to build short-term roadmaps for supported products, articulating associated risks and dependencies.
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and methodologies to define business problems.
  • Capable of dealing with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:


• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


• Knowledge of analytical techniques and methodologies to define business problems.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.


Benefits


We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, flexible working schedules, and a range of benefits including healthcare, dental, life assurance, and pension.

Security Clearance


Must hold the highest level of UK Government Clearance.
