We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team, working in a unique context that combines clinical expertise with national security.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your skills and experience in psychological risk assessment and management to support critical missions at the heart of national security. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to provide expert advice on psychological aspects of staff security and wellbeing.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate complex situations.
  • Engage with external experts to stay up-to-date with best practices and share knowledge within the organisation.
