Gloo is a pioneering UK-headquartered engineering organisation specialising in cutting-edge solutions for mission-critical operations. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence within the National Security & Intelligence sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to expand our company's presence within National Security & Intelligence.
  • Build detailed profiles of government agencies to understand their challenges, technical roadmaps, and programmatic needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and leadership teams to design tailored solutions, draft proposals, and secure multi-year government contracts.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers, positioning our company as a preferred supplier in the government sector.
  • Represent our company at key industry events, effectively communicating our value proposition and ensuring alignment with evolving sector needs.
  • Manage complex, long sales cycles from initial engagement to successful contract negotiation and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience working with or selling to National Security & Intelligence communities with a deep understanding of their unique operational requirements.
  • Demonstrable success managing long sales cycles within the public sector ideally selling advanced technology or engineering solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security protocols including classified and unclassified information environments.
  • Ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences from technical teams to senior government officials.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills capable of drafting compelling proposals and influencing at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience. Our company offers a dynamic work environment and excellent benefits package.
