About this opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Integrator to join the leadership team to help lead this exciting transformation. Coordinating large scale change and migration activity across multiple Functions including 3rd parties.

You’ll be a key part of our core team within the Unsecured Personal Loans & Affordability team. We run and change the largest unsecured personal loans' business in the UK, across Lloyds, Halifax, BOS and MBNA brands. We're a fun, dynamic and fast paced team who are at the forefront of leading the way for customers & colleagues in transforming & digitising the Retail Bank for Lloyds Banking Group.

We’re on a journey to fundamentally transform the unsecured personal loans' business, technology and operations. This requires us to modernise customer journeys and enabling technology, build new foundational technology and operational capability, integrate with multiple other teams across the Group and with external suppliers, and migrate to our new technology.

Role responsibilities will include:

Working with multiple stakeholders across the Group to ensure that platform-, Business Unit- or Group-wide initiatives, including legal and regulatory requirements, are appropriately prioritised across necessary product backlogs, on behalf of the Product Owner for the initiative.

Leads a team of Integrators to coordinate complex integrations, establishing pivotal integration points across Platforms and effectively communicating requirements.

Works with backlog owners across the Group to understand progress against delivery timelines.

Collaborates with Platform Leadership and Product Owners to plan and prioritise integration related tasks.

Proactively identifies critical risks to delivery and instigates recovery action.

Is a key escalation point to resolve blockers and works with platform leaders to resolve interlock challenges between platforms.

Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.

Leads complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery

What you’ll need

Engaging and influencing multiple functions, trusting and empowering the team and serving as a trusted source of escalation and resolution to help unblock and manage challenges / blockers

Have great interpersonal skills, the ability to explain complex technical matters to a non-technical audience, the ability to build good working relationships, logical & creative thinking skills and being able to articulate the benefits or the work we do.

You'll bring passion, a can-do attitude and an open mind to help us develop new ways of doing things, whilst developing your teams’ own skills and experience

As a member of the leadership team, can role model the LBG Values & Leadership behaviours with a passion for continuous improvement

Ability to manage and deliver required outcomes for a portfolio of major initiatives in order to support the overall delivery strategy
