White Oak UK ( is a provider of loans and asset finance to SME businesses with both direct and broker routes to market. Direct business is funded either on its own book or placed with third party funders. Broker-introduced business is funded on the own book. Typical transaction size is c. £50k.

The Role - Function and Job Purpose

The Direct Sales team function aims to increase new business, identify external opportunities and maximise in-house cross sell. The function consists of Lead Generation & Deal Closing.

The purpose of the Lead Generator is to provide opportunities, create appointments and collect information from new and existing CRM data for the Deal Closing function.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering our products via superior customer service

· Achieve productivity and sales budget KPI’s set out by the Company

· Develop an understanding of customer requirements to offer a client focused service

· Adhere to FCA Conduct rules and Core Responsibilities relating to Sales function and the role

· Perform your role with a positive, constructive and professional attitude within a highly fast paced team working environment

· Ensure all compliance regulation and legislation is adhered to where relevant

· Interact professionally with the Head of, Team Managers, and the various support teams

· Any other request deemed reasonable from your line manager

Any Other Attributes That Would Be Helpful, But Not Essential

· Previous experience within a high performing Sales environment, minimum 12-24 months required.

· Previous experience in Financial Services environment would be advantageous e.g. insurance, lending, business-to-business.

· Computer literacy

· Eagerness to learn with a will to succeed
