Location: Home Based

Job Purpose:

The application administrator owns responsibility for the administration and upkeep of Inchcape’s third-party SaaS platforms such as but not limited to our purchase to pay product. In this role, duties will include ensuring the SaaS applications are running effectively and daily
housekeeping tasks are being carried out, include managing on and off boarding of users. Ensuring smooth and timely resolution to issues across multiple SaaS applications. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS applications and disperse knowledge to
support staff.

 What you'll do:

• Adhere to Group Procurement Policy, Standards and Procedures, for governance and controls

• Create, update, and manage user accounts and assign roles to users in systems including creation of custom roles and perform annual system access review
• Facilitate and maintain relationships between Inchcape and our SaaS vendors/partners, creating standards, and maximizing value
• Conduct due diligence checks on vendors periodically and as part of vendor on-boarding process
• Manage agreements and catalogue content including system maintenance
• Gather issues from end user community and provide Level support
• Provide oversight and direction for system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
• Optimise existing processes for efficient Procurement management
• Partner with Group IT on integration requirement

Who you are:

Knowledge

• CIPS qualified or willing to work towards
• Awareness of the standard end-toend Procure-to-Pay Processes
• Awareness of standard Procurement Practices and Policies
• Basic IT knowledge

Skills

• Excellent analytical skills, with a disciplined and structured approach to work
• Competency with reporting/dashboarding and trend analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Stakeholder management skills
• Vendor management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Expereince

• A minimum of years’ experience in supporting SaaS platforms.
• years’ experience supporting tax/law/finance systems.
• Advanced proficiency in database management and security
• Extensive experience in performance metrics and improving processes.
• Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.
