About the role:
We have a brand-new opportunity to join the leading fire integrator in the North West as an Office Administrator, working within and supporting our Project Management Teams with their day-to-day admin tasks.
Some of your tasks will involve:
- Organising documents within the electronic project folders
- Carrying out internal audits to ensure the correct QA & H&S documents have been completed by the project managers
- Sending out order acknowledgements to clients
- Assisting the section managers with complying invoice lists
- Assisting HESQ manager with forming new documents
This is a Monday – Friday role
Head Office, Rawtenstall.
