Job Summary:


As an Inside Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to foster strong, long-term relationships with customers while managing sales operations. You will focus on meeting customer needs, promptly responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. To succeed in this role, strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a customer-focused mindset.

Your ultimate goal is to drive business growth by nurturing successful, enduring client relationships with a particular emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete customer RFQs (Requests for Quotations)
  • Negotiate pricing and lead times with customers
  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Address and resolve queries related to outstanding orders
  • Facilitate business reviews with customers
  • Maintain consistent customer engagement
  • Ensure active price management and margin tracking in the system
  • Analyze customer schedules to guarantee stock availability
  • Gather up-to-date forecast data for key customers
  • Conduct monthly sales forecasting for key accounts
  • Prepare commercial invoices and assist with customer declarations
  • Resolve empty bin issues by coordinating with the customer and purchasing department
  • Regularly review invoice exceptions
  • Coordinate efforts to address customer-raised quality concerns
  • Support and collaborate with AR/AP teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Work with Warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Generate customer KPIs as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in quickly resolving customer queries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strong oral, written, and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Working hours – 36.5 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8:30am > 5:00pm / Friday 8:30am > 4:00pm with 1 hour break for lunch.

Annual Leave – 20 days plus bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown period.
