We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a passionate Human Resources Manager to join The Biltmore Mayfair Hotel.

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department

As HR Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the luxury service standards ensuring there is positive work culture, team member engagement, outstanding guest service delivery that aligns with the Biltmore values and drive business results.

HR Manager responsible for:

  • Work closely with departmental heads and senior management to align HR strategies with operational needs.
  • Drive the employee lifecycle; recruitment experience, on-boarding journey, performance reviews, development & succession, exit interview support and promote wellbeing.
  • Creative, energetic and able to think outside the box when delivering employee engagement
  • Assist in the delivery and communication of new HR initiatives, policy and procedures.
  • Support in the delivery and coordination of recruitment events and partnerships.
  • To confidently in handle employee relation matters in line with UK employment law.
  • Work closely with Director of HR & Finance to develop and manage the HR budget.
  • Champion Biltmore's culture at the hotel to inspire high-performing multi-cultural teams.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Deal with staff queries in an efficient manner.

HR Manager will have:

  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Manager in a similar luxury hotel.
  • Proven HR generalist experience including payroll management and recruitment.
  • Good legal knowledge and CIPD qualified.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the courage to challenge.
  • Driven to deliver in a fast-paced environment & able to multi task.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT and administration skills.
